Booking & Session Policy

• Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your bundle.
• Bundle Scope: Includes three 60-minute private Tarot consultations held live via Google Meet audio.
• Session Format & Sharing: Sessions are strictly one-on-one. Up to two designated individuals total may share this bundle (e.g., Person A takes two sessions and Person B takes one session), but each 60-minute session will be conducted individually with one person at a time.
• Validity Period: All three sessions must be used within 60 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions automatically expire and cannot be extended.
• Scheduling: Sessions are booked by appointment based on availability under your chosen booking type (Standard or Priority).
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted per session if requested at least 24 hours in advance by messaging on WhatsApp with all your details. Requests made within 24 hours may result in that session being treated as completed.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized nature of this service, all bundle purchases are final. No cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be provided once payment is processed.
• Guidance Only & Responsibility: Consultations are intended for guidance, self-reflection, and personal growth. All choices, decisions, and actions taken following your sessions remain entirely your personal responsibility.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session in the event of an emergency, in which case you will be offered the next available priority slot.
