Welcome to our website. By booking a session, purchasing a reading, or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Services

  • Guidance & Self-Reflection: All consultations, audio readings, tarot sessions, and astrology reports are offered solely for self-reflection, personal empowerment, and spiritual clarity.
  • No Professional Advice: Services provided do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • Personal Responsibility: All decisions, choices, and actions taken following any reading or session remain entirely your own personal responsibility.

2. Service Types & Delivery Terms

A. Single Audio Readings (Voice Notes)

  • Delivery Window: Delivered to your WhatsApp or email within the timeline selected at checkout (Standard: 5–7 days | Priority: within 48 hours).

B. Monthly Zodiac Subscriptions (3-Month Bundle)

  • Delivery Schedule: Delivered automatically on the 1st or 2nd of every month via voice note on Whatsapp or Email for 3 consecutive months.
  • Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are tied to one individual and cannot be split, transferred, or paused mid-way.

C. Live 1-on-1 Consultations & Session Bundles

  • Session Format: Conducted live via Google Meet audio only.
  • Bundle Validity:
    • 30-Minute Bundles must be fully used within 45 days of purchase.
    • 60-Minute Bundles must be fully used within 60 days of purchase.
    • Unused sessions automatically expire after the validity period and cannot be extended.
  • Sharing Policy (Bundles Only): Up to two designated individuals total may share a 3-session bundle. However, each individual session is strictly 1-on-1 with one person at a time.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance to confirm any single booking, bundle, or subscription.
  • Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized and custom nature of spiritual and consultation services, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

4. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (Live Sessions)

  • 24-Hour Notice: One complimentary reschedule is permitted per session, provided notice is given at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled time via WhatsApp.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to join the Google Meet call within 10 minutes of the start time, will result in the session being forfeited and treated as completed.

5. Ethics & Excluded Topics

For ethical and professional reasons, queries regarding the following topics will not be answered under any circumstances:

  • Medical diagnoses, gender reveal, or serious health outcomes
  • Legal disputes or court cases
  • Gambling, lottery
  • Death, lifespan, or third-party invasive readings without consent

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to reschedule a session in the event of an emergency, in which case you will be offered the next available priority slot.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate a service at any time if a client displays abusive behavior, harassment, or requests services that violate our ethical guidelines. In such rare instances, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
