Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. Because our offerings consist of personalized spiritual consultations, custom-recorded audio readings, and reserved session slots, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final (Strict No-Refund Policy)

Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of Tarot and Astrology services, all purchases are final.

• No Money-Back Refunds: Once payment is processed, no full or partial refunds will be provided for any single reading, bundle, or subscription under any circumstances.
• No Returns: Custom voice notes, personal reports, and live consultations cannot be “returned” once created or conducted.
• Disagreement with Reading Outcomes: Readings are provided as guidance for self-reflection and personal empowerment. A lack of agreement with or personal dissatisfaction regarding the insights provided does not qualify for a refund.

2. Live 1-on-1 Consultations & Bundles

A. Rescheduling & Notice Requirements

• 24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your live session once free of charge, provided you submit your request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time via WhatsApp.
• Late Reschedules: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund or replacement slot.

B. No-Shows & Tardiness

• Please join your Google Meet audio session promptly at the scheduled time.
• If you fail to join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a no-show, considered completed, and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

C. Emergency Rescheduling by the Reader

• In the rare event that an unavoidable emergency arises on our end, we reserve the right to reschedule your session. You will be notified immediately and provided with a priority replacement slot at your earliest convenience.

3. Audio Readings & Subscriptions

A. Single Voice Note Readings (e.g., Mini Readings)

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted, as work on your personalized reading begins shortly after purchase.
• Delivery will be made within the stated timeframe (e.g., Standard vs. Priority).

B. Monthly Zodiac Subscriptions (3-Month Bundles)

• Subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be paused, cancelled mid-term, or transferred to another individual once the first month’s cycle has begun.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• Accidental Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for a single order due to a payment gateway error, please reach out to us with payment proof immediately. The duplicate transaction will be refunded after verification.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline or terminate a session if a client demonstrates abusive behavior, harassment, or requests prohibited topics (e.g., legal or medical diagnoses). In such rare instances, any decision regarding a full or partial refund remains at our sole discretion.
