Booking & Policy

• Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment securely.
• Scheduling: Appointments are set based on availability and your chosen booking type (Standard or Priority).
• Meeting Link: You will receive your session link and details before your scheduled appointment.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Joining more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in the session being treated as completed.
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before your time slot by messaging us on WhatsApp with all your details. Requests made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed unless due to an emergency.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Because time is reserved exclusively for you, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
• Guidance Only: Sessions are designed for self-awareness and personal growth and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Excluded Topics: For ethical reasons, guidance is not provided on medical diagnoses, legal issues, gambling/lottery, lifespan predictions, black magic, or third-party readings without consent.
• Personal Responsibility: All choices, decisions, and actions taken after your consultation remain entirely your own responsibility.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session in the event of an emergency, in which case you will be offered the next available priority slot.
